Starting characters get 17 points to distribute. Note that most Armengarian characters will have One Handed Weapon Use since they are trained to fight from the age of 5. Also remember that all Spellcasters will have been trained by Mactire within the last 11 years, and Incantors only started appearing 7 years ago. Most Incantors follow Heramacles or Delalaria. Ritual magics were unknown to the Armengarians until they met the Lions in 1101 AF and started learning from them.
